Dear
business leaders,
On
March 13, Mediator Matthew House, J.D. will host a rally for teenagers who are
anxious to improve themselves, certain aspects of society, and some of their
fellow teens who currently are not living up to their potential. The Event presents multiple opportunities to
showcase area businesses who count teens or their parents among their
clientele.
Some
teens will attend this event alone or with their parents, and some adults will
attend by themselves. Diverse
opportunities exist to market your services to our guests.
Even
the reasonable price ($12) will remain out of some kids’ reach – the ones who
most need to attend. As of today, 42
teenagers are waiting for tickets if benefactors step forward.
We hope
you will be generous in your sponsorship because you see its value to your
business. The central message of the rally
is that everyone should take an interest in improving the juvenile justice
system. All of us will benefit from more
productive teens who will contribute to society, rather than detracting from
it.
A
portion of each sponsorship contribution will buy tickets for disadvantaged
teens. The remainder will defray the
substantial event expenses.
To
ensure exclusivity for our sponsors, in the Gold and Platinum Levels, we are
allowing a maximum of one of each business category per sponsorship class. In
addition to category exclusivity, the Platinum Level will include a maximum of
three total sponsors.
We
also offer discounted sponsorships with companies that will partner with our
office to promote this event in other ways, which are listed in the Sponsorship
Package.
Please
reply at your earliest convenience so that we can gauge the numbers of tickets
that are available to distribute to the children who most urgently need to
attend the Event. The prices for the
attached sponsorship packages are valid through February 25, 2011. Sponsorships paid in full by February 11,
2011 will receive an additional 10% discount.
Sincerely,
Trent
