The building is located on Cedar Hills Boulevard between Hall Boulevard and Millikan Way. The back of the parking lot is adjacent to the Beaverton Central MAX station. The front of the building is served by Buses #20 and #67 and is within a very short walk of Bus #62. It is located across the street from the Cedar Hills Crossing shopping center, several grocery stores, and numerous restaurants.
Mediator Matthew House is located in the Executive Suites, Suite 200, on the second floor near the staircase at the main entrance. An elevator is available at the opposite end of the building. All but one set of double glass doors are open during business hours. If your session begins after 7:00 p.m. during the week or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, the building may be locked. In those instances, please call Mr. House upon your arrival.
Depending on the entrance you have used, Suite 200-C will either be the first door on your right the top of the stairs, or the last door on your left. All entrances will put you inside our one large building, but it may be a longer walk depending on which one you use. The door closest to Goodwill and to the right of our fountain and courtyard, under the covered breezeway,is the best one to use and is marked with the range of suites that includes 200.
Please sit on the couches in the waiting area within the Executive Suites. Mr. House or a staff member will escort you to your meeting, which will take place either in Mr. House's private office or in one of the four conference rooms.
If you anticipate a safety issue or significant hostility that would prevent you from feeling fully comfortable negotiating with the other party in the same room, please inform Mr. House or his staff as far in advance as possible so that a conference room can be reserved for one party to use while Mr. House shuttles between the two rooms. We can easily arrange that setup with a bit of advance notice, and often the same day.
