Family and Divorce Mediation
A
mediated legal agreement respects the integrity of the family.
Family law mediation, in contrast to lawyer-facilitated or litigated divorce,
is compassionate, family-centered, non-confrontational, economical, respectful
and supportive.
Mediator
Matthew House’s unique approach centers on my belief that divorce ends a
marriage but not a family.
Mr. House mediates agreements that encompass all of the expected topics
such as finances, custody, and visitation, as well as unexpected topics such as
children’s schoolwork. A mediated agreement allows
parties to explicitly state all these ideas so that they, in times of weakness,
can be reminded of the core principles that they hold true.
